Become a sponsor of the C.S. Lewis Fall Conference! Help us host this one of a kind event that integrates faith, scholarship, and the arts in the tradition of C.S. Lewis. If you are a business owner or manager, it is also an excellent opportunity to publicize your organization before and during the conference.

All of the following packages include registrations to the Conference, website and email newsletter exposure, mention at the event itself, and other advertising opportunities.

Register to be a sponsor by signing up for the conference and sponsorship program using our registration system. Alternatively, you can download the conference sponsorship application by clicking here, then fill it out and mail it to us.

We will then contact you to discuss the details of your specific sponsorship package. Thank you!

Title Sponsor – $2500

  • 3 tuition registrations for all sessions and programming from Friday morning through Sunday evening.
  • Name and/or corporate logo in the printed program and on event websites.
  • A full page advertisement in the printed program
  • Marketing/advertising materials in packets handed out to each registrant and/or other materials (one double sided 8.5 x 11 sheet, plus one other marketing piece).
  • A complete set of Conference audio recordings.

Conference Sponsor – $1000

  • 2 tuition registrations for all sessions and programming from Friday morning through Sunday evening.
  • Name and/or corporate logo in the printed program and on event websites.
  • A half page advertisement in the printed program
  • Marketing/advertising materials in packets handed out to each registrant and/or other materials (one double sided 8.5 x 11 sheet).
  • A complete set of Conference audio recordings.

Writers Track Sponsor – $500

  • 1 tuition registration for all sessions and programming from Friday morning through Sunday evening.
  • Name and/or corporate logo in the printed program and on event websites.
  • Marketing/advertising materials in packets handed out to each registrant and/or other materials (one double sided 8.5 x 11 sheet).

Inklings Track Sponsor- $500

  • 1 tuition registration for all sessions and programming from Friday morning through Sunday evening.
  • Name and/or corporate logo in the printed program and on event websites.
  • Marketing/advertising materials in packets handed out to each registrant and/or other materials (one double sided 8.5 x 11 sheet).

*Please Note: Sponsorships do not include room and board at the Hilton Houston Post Oak.

Scholarships

Would you like to help someone else attend the C.S. Lewis Fall Conference who otherwise couldn’t afford it? Consider making a scholarship gift. You will have the opportunity to be listed in the printed program and on event websites when you give more than $200, or you can choose to donate any amount to our scholarship fund.
