Payment Plan

Most of our conference registrants pay their entire balance in full at the time of registration. However, you may also elect to pay the $395 registration fee and participate in our payment plan for your tuition and housing balance. This plan allows you to pay the remaining fees in three equal installments, due January 15, March 15, and May 15. However, if you register after any of the installment dates have passed, you are responsible for the "missed" payments at the time of registration. In this case, divide your tuition and housing balance by three and submit the appropriate amount along with your $395 registration fee. You will then receive an invoice for any future installment payments. Also note that a $25 late fee will be assessed on all late installment payments.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

The Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. All payments for Tuition, Room and Board are FULLY REFUNDABLE up to April 1, 2005; 50% after April 1, 2005; and NON-REFUNDABLE after June 15, 2005. It is strongly advised that Oxbridge 2005 participants purchase travel insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen events that may impact their travel plans.
