By popular demand, we return to the splendid city of San Diego for a weekend of discovery. From Thursday through Saturday, the conference will convene at the First United Methodist Church of San Diego. On Sunday, we will meet on the beautiful campus of the University of San Diego.
First United Methodist Church and San Diego School of Christian Studies

Located on a hillside in beautiful San Diego, California, First United Methodist Church and the San Diego School of Christian Studies are minutes away from popular destinations like the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, Horton Plaza, and the San Diego Maritime Museum. Founded in 1869 after the Civil War, First UMC is known in the San Diego community for valuing music and the arts. The sanctuary of the church is a frequent venue for instrumental and chorale concerts and is home to the largest pipe organ in San Diego County. |

University of San Diego
| Overlooking Mission Bay, the 180-acre campus of the University of San Diego blends graceful architecture with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and the rugged canyons that line the mesa. Founded in 1945, the University is named after San Diego de Alcalá, a Franciscan lay brother from Alcalá de Henares, a town near Madrid, Spain. The University there served as a model for USD's founders, both physically, through its architectural style, and philosophically, through its determination to prevail as an educational institution that serves society and the human condition. |  |
